目前，蔬菜清洗機(jī)主要采用高壓噴淋式清洗、氣泡式清洗、滾筒摩擦式清洗、毛刷式清洗、超聲波清洗等方法。通過正確的清洗方法,微生物數(shù)量會(huì)降低到其初始數(shù)量的2.5%～5%左右。對(duì)蔬菜清洗機(jī)的清洗方法說明如下文：

1、高壓噴淋式清洗

高壓噴淋式清洗主要是依靠噴頭噴出的高壓水產(chǎn)生的作用力使附著在蔬菜表面的污物去除。
