還要注意對(duì)切片機(jī)做好潤(rùn)滑護(hù)理，應(yīng)當(dāng)定期查看其的潤(rùn)滑情況，在添加潤(rùn)滑油的時(shí)候，應(yīng)當(dāng)保證油量充足，但不要過(guò)量。工作人員應(yīng)當(dāng)在每天的工作結(jié)束之后，及時(shí)將切片機(jī)內(nèi)部是所有殘留物料清理干凈。并且要注意檢查刀片的磨損情況，如果有問(wèn)題的話，應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)或者是更換。另外，是將工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清理干凈，而且要注意切斷設(shè)備的總電源。
