(1)剪去斷線處松散的鋼線,并留出長(zhǎng)于導(dǎo)輪間距>10cm的兩個(gè)鋼線頭子。

(2)用先用粗砂紙將鋼線的兩個(gè)頭子的直徑砂少到原有鋼線的1/2—2/3,砂的長(zhǎng)度>5cm,在用細(xì)砂紙將鋼線的表面砂光滑,用酒精將兩個(gè)鋼線頭子洗干凈。

(3)取焊錫絲、焊錫膏、電烙鐵將兩個(gè)砂去5cm的鋼線頭子重合在一起并將其焊 接,過程中用電烙鐵重鋼線的一頭順勢(shì)焊道鋼線的別一頭途中兩鋼線頭子一定完全重合不能讓鋼線翹起,如有則只有重新焊過,再用細(xì)砂紙將焊接的部分砂光滑并用酒精洗凈。

During the process, use the electric soldering iron to weld one end of the heavy steel wire along the other end of the steel wire. (4)焊接的鋼線必有一段較長(zhǎng)的一段松線,這一步我們要做的是將這一段送的鋼線跑到導(dǎo)輪上去。先將工作臺(tái)上升2mm開啟砂漿用手指撥起松弛的鋼線,并減少入線口的張力臂開啟導(dǎo)輪以0.1m/s的速度走線直到松線較緊的部在導(dǎo)輪上然后松開手指。
(4) The welded steel wire must have a long section of loose wire. In this step, we need to run this section of steel wire to the guide wheel. Firstly, raise the workbench by 2mm, open the mortar, pull up the loose steel wire with your fingers, reduce the tension arm at the wire inlet, open the guide wheel and route the wire at the speed of 0.1m/s until the tighter part of the loose wire is on the guide wheel, and then loosen your fingers.
(5)計(jì)算出焊接的頭子完全跑出導(dǎo)輪需要多少的鋼線計(jì)算公式,焊接處離導(dǎo)輪一根線的長(zhǎng)度除以導(dǎo)輪槽距再乘以鋼線繞導(dǎo)輪一圈的長(zhǎng)度,并以0.2m/s的速度走線,當(dāng)跑線過了500m時(shí)開啟入線口大張力臂當(dāng)跑線到了離200M就要出導(dǎo)輪的時(shí)候減少出線口張力臂直到焊頭跑了收線輪上,并將工作臺(tái)原有的高度上。

(6)主要停機(jī)時(shí)間過久產(chǎn)生線痕的,從0—8m每隔一秒按下加速度直到速度升到8m/s左右,然后點(diǎn)開始切割。
