1、調(diào)整好要切肉的厚度,把沒有骨頭的凍肉放在托架上壓好壓板。

2、凍肉zui佳切割溫度在-4~-8度之間。

1.冷凍的鮮肉須提早2小時(shí)放入冷藏箱凍結(jié)約-5℃方可切片,否則會(huì)形成肉片碎、裂、斷,機(jī)器行走不順等現(xiàn)象,重則形成切片機(jī)馬達(dá)燒壞。
